I’m Steven Hayes, LCSW, a licensed Psychotherapist based in Houston - here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I utilize a person-centered approach to help my clients conquer their obstacles. I truly care about my clients’ well-being and guarantee top-of-the-line counseling and psychological services catered to their needs.

I offer telehealth services to clients in Texas, Nevada, Oregon and Louisiana.

I am experienced in individual and couples counseling and versed in CBT, DBT methods, and exploring Internal Family Systems to add to my skill set.  My experience comes from working with individuals in crisis inpatient and in clinical settings and has moved into private practice.

I come from a place of wanting clients to find both peace and joy. My thought is that if you find your inner peace you can experience joy.
